The X-Games have simply become mainstream. In 2005 I had the opportunity to visit the X-Games in LA from behind the scenes. It really helps when you have an all access pass.

Of course the downside to this was at that time the camera I had (Sony DSC-F717) could only burst out 3 shots in a row. Bummer. But it still got some really great sequences.
